Kerwyn an Karnmarín is a dynasty's daughter. She lost the title 'step-daughter' long ago when she fell quickly into her step-mother's footsteps. The only hint that she might have once distantly belonged to Bahlong being the floral pin in her hair, and the slightly impractical cut of the fabric cloaking her—not entirely a fashion born of war.

She is polite. Quick witted. Soft spoken and shy but the perfect amount. And more importantly, she is ruthless. It will be no surprise to anyone when her name makes it into legend.
