Oshani Tersari is a hustler, trader, pamphleteer, and some kind of solopreneur.
They runs Hrönir, a book-and-stationery shop near the gateward edge of the Forum of Eshsarel. It offers supplies of paper, ink, seals, service of ledger maintenance. It is a “clearing house” for cheap pamphlets, scandal sheets, vulgar philosophy, anonymous verses and political commentaries.
Oshani Tersari is not always found behind the counter. You may find her from a borrowed stall selling things gathered all over the world, like cheap Steppe trinkets, of Tekhayaran spices, or “rice futures”, whatever that means.
You can also ask for things that's not on the sales list. He will name you a price xemself. No trade is impossible so long as the price is right.
